The message from #AFSForum2026 is clear: transforming Africa’s food systems starts with investments in diverse, nutritious, and climate-resilient crops. But farmers can’t do it alone. Structural barriers around weak infrastructure, financing gaps, policy inconsistency, and poor market data still limit farmers' potential.  To move from challenge to solution, we must:

✅ Partner across public and private sectors
