The COMESA-EAC Horticulture Accelerator Agri-Inputs Policy Officer (CEHA AIPA) shall provide technical expertise in agro-input systems, horticultural policy and regulatory issues, and support the implementation of the CEHA matching grant programme under the direction of the Regional Coordinator.
